                            A New version of yippee noodles 


Ingredients:


1. Noodles 
2. Water 
3. Onion - no: 3 (thin slice)
4. Carrot - no: 1 (thin slice)
5. Cabbage  as per required (thin slice)
6. Tomato (thin slice)
7. Green chilies - as per required
8. Fennel seeds
9. Ginger and garlic paste 
10. Soya sauce 
11.Tomato sauce 
12. Turmeric powder 
13. Dry red chilly powder 
14. Garam masala 
15. Salt 


Procedure :


Boil the noodles with required water as mentioned in the noodles package additional to it add required amount of salt (easy to cook) , turmeric powder ( color ) , a spoon of refined oil at medium flame after 5 minutes of cooking switch off the flame and drain the water 

In a pan 
Add spoon of refined oil 
Add fennel seed 
Add green chilies 
And immediately add onions sizzle until onion becomes transparent, then add cabbage, carrot and continue to sizzle until it's properly cooked and add salt which will aid vegetable to cook faster 
After 2-3 minutes of cooking,add all species (turmeric powder, dry red chilly powder , gram masala, pocket noodle masala coming along with the noodle package)after 2 minutes, add soya sauce , tomato sauce and continue to cook after 5 minutes,add tomatoes and finally add cooked noodles into the mixture mix properly and cover  pan with lid again cook it for another 5 minutes finally garnish with cilantro
